The deal

You sign up for Baarely. We track how AI assistants talk about your brand and give you a list of fixes you can ship. You pay us a monthly subscription (after your free trial). Either side can walk away anytime — refund pro-rated to the day.

Who you’re contracting with

Baarely is operated independently. Communication address: hello@baarely.com.

Your account

  • You’re responsible for keeping your password safe. We’ll never email you asking for it.
  • One person per account. Teams use the multi-user feature on Growth+ plans — invite teammates from inside the dashboard.
  • You must be authorized to enter the brand info you upload (i.e. don’t set up a brand for someone else without their permission).

Free trial

  • 7 days. One scan during the window. Verifies + actions are unlocked normally.
  • No credit card required to start. We’ll never charge you without you picking a plan first.
  • If your trial ends and you don’t pick a plan, your account switches to read-only. You can still log in, browse what we generated for you, export your data, and read your action plans, but new scans, action-plan generation, and prompt suggestions are disabled until you pick a paid tier. Your data is retained as long as your account exists.

Plans + payments

  • Plans + prices are listed at baarely.com/#pricing. Prices in EUR; PLN-equivalent shown to Polish customers via live FX.
  • Listed prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT. EU customers receive a VAT-itemised receipt from Stripe; non-EU customers pay the same listed price with no additional tax from us.
  • Payment runs through Stripe’s hosted checkout. We never see or store your card details. Stripe sends us a notification, and during the alpha we activate your new tier by hand within a few hours of seeing the payment (longer on weekends). You’ll get a confirmation email at the address on file the moment your plan goes live.
  • Cancel anytime. We pro-rate to the day, refund the rest, and let you export everything as CSV/JSON before you go.
  • Refunds: we honour 14-day no-questions-asked refunds on every paid plan. After 14 days we still pro-rate the unused portion when you cancel.

What you can do

  • Use Baarely to monitor and improve your own brand’s AI visibility.
  • Use it for brands you legitimately work for (employer / agency client). Agency plan is built for this.
  • Export your data anytime via Account → Your data.
  • Delete brands or your whole account anytime.

What you can’t do

  • Use Baarely to crawl, scrape, or attack third-party sites.
  • Reverse-engineer / resell access without an Agency / Enterprise contract.
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes (malware distribution, fraud, harassment, etc.).
  • Try to access or extract another user’s data.

If you do any of these we may suspend the account and refund the remaining month.

The AI engines we query

To produce visibility data we send your prompts to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others. Their responses are AI-generated content — sometimes wrong, sometimes inconsistent, sometimes hallucinated. That’s the whole point of Baarely (we surface the lies and gaps). But we can’t guarantee any specific output, mention rate, or accuracy. Treat the dashboard as a measurement tool, not a source of truth.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but don’t commit to a numeric SLA on standard plans. AI provider outages, rate limits, and API changes are outside our control — we’ll fall back gracefully where we can. Enterprise customers can negotiate an SLA with credits.

Liability

Baarely is a measurement and recommendation tool. You decide what to do with what we surface. We don’t make warranties about results (mention rate improvements, ranking changes, revenue attribution). To the extent the law permits, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Polish or EU law where they apply. If you’re a consumer (not buying for a business), you have the usual EU 14-day cooling-off period.

Changes to these terms

We’ll email everyone with an active account at least 14 days before a change takes effect. If you don’t like the change, cancel before it kicks in and we’ll refund the unused portion.

Disputes

If we can’t resolve a problem by email, governing law is Polish law and the courts of the operator’s registered seat have jurisdiction. EU consumers can also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
